Fix clash with locale variable

Browse source 
LANG is a locale variable, use INFO_LANG instead.

* doc/misc/Makefile.in (INFO_LANG): Renamed from LANG, all uses
changed.
* doc/translations/fr/misc/ses-fr.texi: Use INFO_LANG instead of
LANG.
