Drop support form gnome-moz-remote from browse-url

* lisp/net/browse-url.el (browse-url-gnome-moz-program)
(browse-url-gnome-moz-arguments, browse-url-gnome-moz): Delete
functions and variables obsolete since Emacs 25.1.
