(yaml-ts-mode-yamllint-options): Use a list of strings

It is both simpler to code and marginally more general (allows
spaces in arguments).

* lisp/textmodes/yaml-ts-mode.el (yaml-ts-mode-yamllint-options): Use
a list.
(yaml-ts-mode-flymake): Adjust accordingly.
