b1e5f6d6ef Update from Gnulib by running admin/merge-gnulib 
* admin/merge-gnulib (AVOIDED_MODULES): Avoid gnulib-i18n.
* lib/stdlib.c, m4/selinux-selinux-h.m4:
New files, taken from Gnulib.
