(flyspell-external-point-words): Remove unused vars `size' and `start'.
(flyspell-do-correct): Rename from flyspell-xemacs-correct.
Merge the corresponding Emacs code.
(flyspell-correct-word, flyspell-xemacs-popup): Use flyspell-do-correct.
