9d35bb8d65 Fix minor quoting problems in doc strings 
These were glitches regardless of how or whether we tackle the
problem of grave accent in doc strings.

71e6691e5c Fix windmove-find-other-window broken after pixelwise resizing (Bug#16017). 
* windmove.el (windmove-other-window-loc): Revert change from
2013-12-04.
(windmove-find-other-window): Call window-in-direction.
* window.el (window-in-direction): New arguments SIGN, WRAP and
MINI to emulate original windmove-find-other-window behavior.

82ae2f3f78 (windmove-frame-edges): Report coordinates of 
outside edges of frame, not inside edges.
(windmove-coordinates-of-position): Convert into wrapper to new
function `windmove-coordinates-of-window-position';
`compute-motion' always applies to selected window.
(windmove-coordinates-of-position): Update documentation to refer
to Emacs 21 Lisp Reference Manual.
(windmove-find-other-window): Fix off-by-one errors for max x,y.
