(tramp-gvfs-handler-volumeadded-volumeremoved): New defun. (top): Register "org.gtk.Private.RemoteVolumeMonitor.VolumeAdded" and "org.gtk.Private.RemoteVolumeMonitor.VolumeRemoved" signals.
