a26e466472 Made settings overridable. 
Added error suppression operator to setting defines so they may be overriden from
an external file without causing PHP warnings.

c4be903e96 Fixed misnested code block ending tags. 
Code blocks were emited as <pre><code>...</pre></code> since 1.0.1i, where the two
ending tags are in the wrong order.
