16d2e7043a * macmenu.c (menu_quit_handler, install_menu_quit_handler): New 
functions for popping down menus on C-g.

 non-static.

	for mouse-face. Change the type of the first argument from `window'
	to `List_Object'.
	(note_mouse_highlight): Call note_mode_line_or_margin_highlight with
	window instead of w.
