Added mouse-track support (but no binding), as
suggested by MDB. Moved Emacs mouse bindings from
"down-mouse" events to ordinary mouse events.

Rewrote and merged XEmacs support, eliminating file
ffap-xe.el. Modified ffap-other-frame to work in dedicated
