* Makefile.in (srcdir_doc_info_dir_inputs): Compute using sources
for each available translation. This fixes build error

'doc/misc/../translations/fr/misc/auth.texi', needed by
'info/dir''' introduced by support for doc translations.
* Makefile.in (MAKE_DOC_FOR_DOCLANG): Remove unnecessary .PHONY
definitions for targets which will be encompassed by $(DOC).
(MAKE_DOC): Create a common target to to which to assign runtime
dependencies.
(misc-info-common, misc-dvi-common, misc-html-common)
(misc-pdf-common, misc-ps-common): Assign runtime dependencies
on Lisp etc. previously assigned to the bare targets now subject
to indirection.
This also avoids using ";" in make rules, which doesn't propagate
errors from the first command to the entire line.
* Makefile.in (MAKE_DOC_FOR_DOCLANG): New.
(MAKE_DOC): delegate to 'MAKE_DOC_FOR_DOCLANG' per language doc build.
Amend commit 75153f7b76 " Fix clash with locale variable" by Andreas Schwab.
Use DOCLANG instead of INFO_LANG for renaming, as documentation does not
produce only info output, and DOCLANG is iterating over DOCLANGS.
* Makefile.in: Rename 'LANG' to 'DOCLANG' to avoid clash with well-known
environment variable.
* doc/misc/Makefile.in: Adjusted accordingly, rename 'INFO_LANG' to 'DOCLANG'
where Andreas had already renamed 'LANG'.
* doc/translations/fr/misc/ses-fr.texi: rename 'INFO_LANG' to 'DOCLANG' in

Remove our old ctags and suggest Universal Ctags instead.
This fixes a FIXME in lib-src/Makefile.in and speeds up compilation
quite a bit on my older CPU when I compile with --enable-gcc-warnings.
It also lessens installation and runtime footprint. (Bug#76322)

1. Prefer "native-compiled" to "native compiled".
The adjective "native-compiled" with the hyphen is generally more
consistent with the typical pattern in English, especially when the
compound modifies a noun (e.g., "native-compiled code").
2. Prefer "natively compiled" to "natively-compiled".
The adverb "natively" modifies "compiled", and it is standard not
to hyphenate an adverb + adjective combination when the adverb ends
in -ly (e.g., "code that is natively compiled").
For example, note that we say "high-speed internet" but "highly
performant code".

Emacs as required" on 2021-06-30, there are two emacsclient
occurrences for the Exec key of etc/emacsclient.desktop.
Before this change, only the first occurrence is substituted.

Using hard-coded display values can cause PGTK graphical frames to
open using the wrong backend or not open at all.
