@pestctrl One thing I was trying to do today is have org-agenda pull todo's from my org-roam dailies. I thought I had this working here:

Line 145 in 87a855e
(setq org-agenda-files '("~/Documents/notes/daily/"))

But when I run the agenda none of the scheduled todo's appear on the given day. Any thoughts?

When you run the "t" org-agenda, do you see all the todo's?

Ok weird. I just closed the buffer and reopened and everything appears to be present in both the todo view and week/day view.

Did you turn on `org-agenda-sticky'?

The buffers will stick around and won't re-render if the agenda command is run.

They'll still re-render if you close the buffer, and THEN rerun the command.

Or, you hit 'g' in the agenda buffer for it to re-render.

Yeah whenever I'm messing with variables, I typically close the org-agenda buffer and reopen it from time to time.

Because, the org agenda buffer tries to be intelligent and caches some variables in the buffer itself.

Thus, even though the global values change, the variables in the buffer itself don't change.

Ahh I see that makes sense. Thanks!

Thanks for the insporation, I was able to sit down today and get everything in good shape. cold starts in ~1.8s, lsp and treesitter are working for all the languages I come into contact with on a regular basis. life is good.
